Subject	How many of you run test-pipes? How about inspections?

Message	Just curious, because it seems like quite a few run test pipes, but I don't see a way to pass emissions. When I was in college, the county never checked emissions, and I'd have my emissions checked there, even though the car was registered in another county. However, now, I don't think you can just drive to another county that doesn't do the emissions check...or maybe you can, I'm not sure. Regardless, it definitely doesn't seem like there are a lot of folks running high-flow cats on their test pipes.
